Introduction to Engineering with Microelectronics

This course provides an introductory overview of microelectronics, the grand engineering design challenges within microelectronics, and hands-on experience with coding and building microcontrollers. This curriculum can be used as a stand-alone course or can be integrated into other courses.

This Curriculum is designed for ten (10) two-hour class meetings.

Learners: There is no prerequisite knowledge required for learners.

Instructors: Instructors should have a background knowledge of engineering design, programming basics, and microcontrollers. This curriculum involves the Arduino coding language and Texas Instruments MSP430 series boards.
